Getting out from under the busy work
Align your remote team's work to what matters most to your customers
This week we shared a post on Instagram with some quick tips on solving the problem of feeling like you’re doing everything and nothing all at once. While the cause of that can be many things, it’s often due to lacking clarity on the work that matters most to your customers and organization.
Is your remote team feeling overwhelmed?
💡 Rather than going through the motions at your next check-in team meeting, run through an Empathy Map exercise to help ground your team’s thinking in your customers’ perspectives.
Our free Purple Sector Empathy Map Template is a great way to get started on this activity.
Check out the guide and the Instagram post for more tips. You can always reach out if you have any questions!
What else is going on? ✨
Here are a few things we’ve been up to:
🌎 We’ve been working with Rachel Malena-Chan to help her plan out and structure the evolution of Eco-Anxious Stories! Check out her amazing purpose-driven organization!
🎧 We recorded a podcast with the Wilfrid Laurier University Alumni Office for their podcast Staying Golden. Listen to it now!
☕️ Looking for that special workplace gag gift? We’ve had a lot of fun creating some swag, and you can purchase your own You’re On Mute Purple Sector mug from our Shop.
Until next time! 👋
