Great article Carlos, we are always focusing on the end date versus the end product. I am guilty of the end date in my previous roles but will now take your ideas of looking at the end product versus the end date in my new role.

Great article Carlos....all too many times people are consumed by a 'process' rather than the 'value' of the intended outcome. Its this type of unilateral alignment with 'process' that sets the stage for shipment of inferior products and less than optimum SP's.

100% Craig. So often that process that is so adamantly defended is DOA as it was never aligned with value creation in the first place.
