I have often found that organizations spend far too much time 'focused' internally rather than where the action and outcomes are dictated, which is 'externally'. I have often said when the working environment becomes laborious, discouraging or frustrating, its time to go and speak to your customers and prospects....they always put 'gas' in your tank because they remind me of where your core focus should be and what your mission is really all about. AND where the day is ultimately won.
